An excerpt from our latest fan fiction by Auntieamy:
Simon walked up to the smallish man, now standing. The man’s slightly worn clothes were mused and his brownish-blondish hair stood out at all angles, the hair matching the five o’clock shadow he sported. He studied Simon much like a scientist studies a new bug.“What’s your name?” Simon asked.
“Brandon Colwraith,” the man replied, a British accent coloring his words.
“Why didn’t you stop when the officers told you to?”
“That’s my handiwork. I wanted to see if it had been appreciated.”
Simon stared at Colwraith for a long moment, not believing his ears. “Your handiwork?”
“The body in the boot of that car, of course. Why else would I be here?” Colwraith stated as if Simon was a bit slow and needed things explained to him.
“So, you’re confessing to murdering that person and stuffing the body in the trunk.”
Colwraith simply smiled.
“Well?”
“I’m done talking to you. The only person I’ll speak to now is Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd.”
Simon quirked an eyebrow. “And where, pray tell, does this Detective Superintendent Peter Boyd work?”
“London Metropolitan Police. Y’know, London, England?”
