I’m sure I’ll revise it to make it sound nice but it will still boil down to pretty much just that.

Take note, this isn’t a democracy or a republic. I try to solicit input and will consider any reasonable requests about changes to the site but I have the final word in all matters pertaining to site operation, integrity and security.

One other last thing, if a law enforcement agency is after you and come to me for information, there’s an excellent chance I won’t bother arguing with them about whether they have proper authority to do so, because chances are they don’t; I’ll just fork over what little information I may have about you, which in most instances is nothing, but it’s the principle.
